Currency
All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£) or GBP, unless specified otherwise.

Exceptions
Any specific terms mentioned under the “Exceptions from T&C” section will take precedence over these standard terms and conditions.

Delivery
Lead times, when provided, will begin once the purchase order is received and design approval is finalized (where applicable).

Estimate Basis
The estimate is based on information, drawings, and measurements provided by the client. Any alterations or additional requirements may affect the final pricing.

Final Design Approval
All cost estimates are subject to the completion and approval of the final design by the client and relevant stakeholders.

Exclusions
The following items are not included in the estimated cost unless explicitly stated:

• Installation costs and equipment

• Ongoing maintenance and inspection services

• Supply of Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS)

• Shipping and insurance charges

• Additional product certifications required by the client

• Training for product installation unless specifically mentioned

• Site inspection or visit costs unless agreed upon beforehand

Site Survey & Engineering Approval
The provided estimate may be subject to a site survey and final approval by our Design and Engineering teams.

Training Certification
Formal training provided by approved installer partners must meet the full certification syllabus to validate competency.

Payment Terms & Validity

• This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

• Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, full payment is required prior to shipping.

• In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to initiate necessary actions for debt recovery. All goods supplied remain our property until payment is received in full.

Warranty Coverage

• Hardware Warranty: 5 years covering manufacturer’s defects.

• Software Warranty: 1 year.

• All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our Engineering team.

• Certificates of Conformity will be issued at the time of shipping, provided full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
